ORDER granting 25 Letter Motion to Substitute Attorney. Accordingly, the motion to withdraw is GRANTED. Attorneys Gerald M. Cohen and Ilyssa S. Fuchs are terminated as counsel in this action. With the withdrawal of their counsel, Plaintiffs Lombardi and Cruz will be without legal representation in this action. By October 21, 2026, Lombardi and Cruz are each directed to either: (1) submit a letter to the Court stating that they intend to proceed pro se and providing their mailing addresses and contact information; or (2) have a law firm enter an appearance in this action on their behalf. Plaintiffs are warned that failure to comply may result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute, as further set forth herein. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate attorneys Gerald M. Cohen and Ilyssa S. Fuchs of Cohen and Fitch LLP from the case, and to close the motion at ECF No. 25. All deadlines are stayed for 30 days from the date of this order. The withdrawing attorneys are directed to provide a copy of this Order to Plaintiffs within five days. SO ORDERED. Attorney Gerald M.
