TEXT ORDER. By papers filed August 28, 2026, (Dkt. 18), Plaintiff states that Defendants have failed to comply with the court's Scheduling Order (Dkt. 15) filed June 30, 2026, in regard to paragraph 5 of the Order requiring the parties confer and select a mediator not later than July 28, 2026 and, based on such issue, requests the court direct a settlement conference be conducted by a magistrate judge or extend the period for the Plaintiff and Defendants to select a mediator ("Plaintiffs motion"). See Plaintiff's motion 5, 6. In this circumstance, the court, pursuant to the court's ADR Plant, Section 5.5.C.2, appoints Amanda G. Williams, Esq., the court's Alternative Dispute Resolution and Pro Bono Program Administrator as mediator in this case. Based on the foregoing, Plaintiffs motion is DENIED. denying 18 Motion.
