Plaintiff Lamar Myers and Defendants RBD California Restaurants Limited; Deborah Buffum, as Trustee of the Betty Buffum Trust, filed a "Joint Stipulation for Dismissal Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii)," 26 , in which the parties have agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice. The Joint Stipulation is effective to close the case pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). The case is therefore closed. Accordingly, the Court strikes the proposed order, (ECF No. 26-1), as moot, and all pending dates are vacated and taken off calendar. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (iv)
