It is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's 27 Motion to Stay is GRANTED insofar as the Court will grant Defendant a 30-day extension to file its Opposition/Cross Motion for Summary Judgment but will not indefinitely stay the case. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the 19 Scheduling Order is amended as follows: Defendant's Cross Motion for Summary Judgment and Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment are due by August 10, 2026; Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendant's Cross Motion for Summary Judgment and Reply are due by August 24, 2026; and Defendant's Reply in support of its Cross Motion for Summary Judgment is due by September 3, 2026.
