Re: 32 Proposed discovery plan.
Plaintiff has filed a proposed discovery plan. However, under Local Rule 26-1(a), discovery plans must be stipulated. In the event the parties disagree on certain points, the stipulated discovery plan must include a statement of each party's position on each point in dispute. LR 26-1(a).
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's proposed discovery plan (ECF No. 32 ) is DENIED. The parties must file a stipulated plan on or before October 13, 2026.
