PAPERLESS ORDER requiring supplemental notice from Plaintiffs RMST Holding Company, Inc., R.M. Stark & Co., Inc., and Gary L. Stark (together, the "Stark Parties"). On or before July 27, 2026, the Stark Parties shall file a supplemental notice, not to exceed 7 double-spaced pages, clearly addressing (1) whether the Stark Parties intend to file any further or renewed motions for default judgment, (2) whether the Stark Parties intend to dismiss any parties pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a), and (3) what claims or issues remain to be adjudicated before final judgment is entered in this action. The Stark Parties shall take special care to review the docket in detail, to address any unresolved claims that would preclude entry of final judgment (with specific reference to the numbered count(s) within the Stark Parties' Third Amended Complaint 117 ), and to clarify what the Stark Parties intend to do as to any such unresolved claims.
