MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta on 8/20/2026: On July 8, 2026, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Strike the claims of Phuc X. San and Zhen Nan Chen. ECF No. 118 . An opposition, or statement of non-opposition, to the granting of a motion shall be filed and served no later than fourteen (14) days after said motion was filed. See E.D. Cal. L.R. 230(c). To date, neither party has responded to Plaintiff's motion. Accordingly, Phuc X. San and Zhen Nan Chen shall file a response to Plaintiff's Motion to Strike (ECF No. 118 ) within seven (7) days. A failure to file a timely opposition may be construed by the Court as non-opposition to the motion. See E.D. Cal. L.R. 230(c).
