The Court makes preliminary remarks and hears representation of counsel as to 13 Stipulation for Extension of Time (First Request).
The Court sets forth its findings on the record. The Stipulation for Extension of Time (First Request), (ECF No. 13) is GRANTED.
The Court orders defendant's counsel responses to written discovery within three (3) weeks of today's date. Plaintiff's need to propound written discovery within one (1) week, as discussed in open court.
The Court orders parties to set the 30(b)(6) depositions and deposition of plaintiff's spouse within thirty (30) days as discussed in open court.
