The parties have filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal (d/e 57 ) pursuant to a Confidential Settlement Agreement and Limited Release. The Parties request that this Court retain jurisdiction over the Parties and the Settlement Agreements for the purpose of enforcing the terms, including without limitation, the enforcement provisions set forth in the Settlement Agreements. In addition, the parties request that each Party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees and that this action be dismissed in its entirety with prejudice. As the Court is not aware of the terms set forth in the Settlement Agreements, the Parties are DIRECTED to file the confidential Settlement Agreements under seal for review prior to dismissal of this action and retained jurisdiction by this Court.(BMG)
