JUDGMENT CREDITORS COUNSEL REMINDER: In addition to filing the required proof of service of the Order to Appear for Examination (ECF Nos. 225 & 226 , counsel for the judgment creditor shall establish electronic and/or telephonic contact with the judgment debtor and/or third party no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the examination date. Judgment creditor shall advise the Court no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the noticed examination date whether the parties will be prepared and present for the hearing. If the judgment creditor is unable to serve or contact the judgment debtor and/or third party prior to the hearing, the judgment creditor shall file a request to continue or vacate the hearing.
