ORDER granting in part and denying in part 77 Letter Motion to Seal. Plaintiffs motion to seal (ECF 77) is GRANTED IN PART, in that the unredacted versions of Exhibits 1 through 4 remain sealed, and DENIED IN PART, in that (1) the unredacted ve rsion of the Reply Brief (ECF 78) will be unsealed, (2) Plaintiffs must file a version of Exhibit 3 on the docket with redactions as specified in this order, and (3) Plaintiffs must file a version of Exhibit 4 on the docket with only those redactio ns that are specified in this order. Plaintiffs are ordered by October 5, 2026 to file on the public docket (1) a version of Exhibit 3 with redactions applied to all text except the information about the superseded returns policy, and (2) a version of Exhibit 4 with redactions applied only to lines 22 through 35 on DNVB004984 and lines one though 27 on DNVB004985. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to (a) unseal ECF 78 while maintaining seals on the attachments to ECF 78 and (b) terminate ECF 77. SO ORDERED.. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Robyn F.
