TEXT ORDER: As discussed at today's status conference, the parties will continue to meet and confer and file a joint status update no later than October 14, 2026, on the following issues: (1) ESI production concerning Plaintiff's employment agreement and associated metadata, (2) Plaintiff's objections to certain of Defendants' privilege assertions in their privilege log, and (3) Plaintiff's request to add two ESI custodians and to revisit a production request for ESI allegedly containing a derogatory term previously addressed at the April 27, 2026 conference, D.E. 55 .
