This is the second time the parties have filed a stipulation instead of a motion to extend the time to answer. Stipulations to extend the time to answer are improper under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1) (providing the court may extend the time to respond); see also Auto. Assurance Grp. v. Giddens, No. 1:20-CV-03356-ELR, 2022 WL 18460629, at *2 n.4 (N.D. Ga. Sept. 20, 2022) (same).
