MINUTE entry before the Honorable Margaret J. Schneider: Video conference held on 12/02/21 to discuss the status of the case. For reasons stated in open court, Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint consolidating its claims into one pleading by 12/09/21. Defendants have until 01/14/22 to answer or otherwise respond to the amended complaint. Additionally, the case management deadlines are extended as follows: third-party defendant Innovative Environmental Companies shall submit its supplemental expert report by 03/01/22; fourth-party defendants shall submit their expert reports by 04/01/22; and the fact discovery cutoff is 05/02/22. A videoconference is set for 03/09/22 at 9:00 a.m. The Court will be utilizing the Cisco Webex platform. Public access is available via the following call-in number: 1-(650)-479-3207 and enter ACCESS CODE: 180-822-8235#. Counsel for all parties is directed to appear. Counsel of record will receive an email the day prior to the start of the video hearing with instructions to join the call. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings.
