ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time 503 , requesting an extension of time to file the Fee Motion currently due today. In light of Plaintiff's representation that it intends to file a Rule 59 motion in response to the most recent judgment entered in this case, the Court finds that judicial economy would be served by granting an extension, and the Motion is GRANTED IN PART. Accordingly, if no Rule 59 motion is filed, the deadline to file the Fee Motion will be extended until October 21, 2026. If a Rule 59 motion is filed, the deadline to file the Fee Motion shall be extended until 30 days from the filing of Plaintiff's Reply or, if no Reply is filed, 30 days from the filing of Defendant's Response to the Rule 59 motion.
