MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler on 6/12/2026. This Court previously granted a motion to withdraw as Defendants' counsel. ECF No. 41. It ordered Defendant Platinum Group Companies to retain substitute counsel and to file a Notice of Appearance with this Court no later than June 11, 2026. Id. It further ordered Defendants Samuel Culotta and Donna Delaney to (1) retain counsel and cause counsel to file a Notice of Appearance; or (2) file a status report advising the Court that they intend to proceed pro se. Id.Defendant Delaney timely filed a status report indicating that she would be proceeding pro se. ECF No. 45. However, Defendants Platinum Group Companies LLC and Samuel Culotta have failed to retain counsel or file a status report. Accordingly, this Court orders Defendants Platinum Group Companies LLC and Samuel Culotta to retain counsel or file a status report no later than 6/26/2026. Failure to comply may result in sanctions.
