ORDER: Plaintiffs' Co-Lead MDL Counsel have advised the Court that all cases and proceedings are complete in this MDL. The Court hereby directs the clerk to close any related matters that remain open. The Court retains exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over the class-action settlement and its prior orders and judgments. If the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation identifies future cases subject to transfer, or if any matters arise relating to the settlement or enforcement of the Court's prior orders that require the Court's attention, the Court will re-open the MDL. ORDER OF DISMISSAL. The Court having been advised by counsel for the parties that an amicable settlement has been reached in this action, it is ORDERED that this cause be, and is hereby, dismissed on the merits without prejudice to the right of counsel of record to move for reinstatement within sixty (60) days upon presentation of adequate proof that final approval of the settlement could not be obtained from the respective principals for whom counsel act. It is further ORDERED that all motions currently pending are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
