ORDER: Accordingly, the Court grants in part Defendants' 33 Renewed Motion for Leave to File Certain Materials Under Seal with respect to Exhibit A, Exhibit B-3, Exhibit F-1, Exhibit F-3, and pages 49-77 of Exhibit B-1. The Court notes that, under the Local Rules, "all documents previously sealed in a civil action will remain sealed by the Clerk of Court for 90 days following final disposition of the litigation." E.D.Mo. L.R. 13.05(B)(2). The Court denies in part Defendants' 33 renewed sealing motion with respect to pages 1-48 of Exhibit B-1 and orders Defendants to, no later than October 28, 2026, refile the public, redacted copy of Exhibit B-1 without redactions to pages 1-48.
