Further, consistent with this Court's Amended Scheduling Order entered on 6/18/26, (see ECF No. 140 at para. 5), the expert discovery deadlines are extended as follows: the deadline for serving all affirmative expert reports is extended through and including 11/9/26; the deadline for serving all rebuttal expert reports is extended through and including 12/9/26; and the deadline for the completion of all expert discovery, including expert depositions, is extended through and including 1/11/27. A Telephone Status Conference is scheduled for 9/14/26 at 10:00 a.m. The parties are instructed to dial 1-855-244-8681 and enter Access Code: 23024029552# at the time of the Conference. On or before 9/8/26, the parties shall submit a joint status letter, confirming that fact discovery shall be completed by the September 30th deadline and addressing the status of any settlement discussions.
