MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sara L. Ellis: Pursuant to the parties' scheduled mediation for 7/9/2026, the Court strikes the status date set for 6/9/2026 and resets it to 7/21/2026 at 9:30 AM. The parties should file a joint status report by 7/13/2026 indicating the status of settlement and a proposed revised discovery schedule if the parties do not resolve the case at mediation. If the parties file a stipulation of dismissal prior to the next status date, no appearance is required.
