IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a Joint Status Report by December 10, 2026, apprising the Court of the status of the arbitration agreement and whether the stay should remain in place. Moreover, pursuant to the Court's Chambers Practices, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the 92 Motion for Reconsideration and 103 Countermotion for Reconsideration are DENIED without prejudice because the case is stayed. If the stay is lifted, any party may move to reinstate the previously pending motions within 30 days of the stay being lifted.
