PAPERLESS ORDER on 4 Stipulation under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (7 U.S.C. § 499e) ("Stipulation"). In the Stipulation, the parties request that the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce the parties' settlement agreement. However, the parties have not filed a copy of their settlement agreement on the docket. The Court will not retain jurisdiction over a settlement agreement it has not fully seen or approved. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that on or before September 18, 2026, the parties shall file a copy of their settlement agreement on the public docket. If the agreement is confidential, the parties are free to move to file the settlement agreement under seal. Given that the parties have reached a settlement, this case is hereby administratively CLOSED. Once the parties have filed their settlement agreement on the docket, the Court will proceed with entering the requested Stipulation.
