PAPERLESS ORDER: As discussed during the hearing held on Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment DE 109 , Plaintiff shall supplement the record on or before October 30, 2026, with evidence concerning its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in this action. By the same date, Plaintiff shall also file its revised prejudgment interest calculations, in a format similar to DE [109-1], with a new ending date of November 13, 2026. The Court further notes that, although Plaintiff initially reserved its right to a jury trial on punitive damages, Plaintiff waived that right on the record during the hearing conducted today and agreed to proceed on punitive damages without a jury trial.
