ORDER re 47 : Defendant Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. requests an extension of time to complete discovery on consent. (See ECF No. 47.) However, the parties did not comply with the undersigned's individual rules, which require the parties to attach a revised Proposed Discovery Plan to the request. See Individual Rule II.B.6. Further, any letter seeking relief from the Court, including a request to extend discovery deadlines, must be docketed using the "motion" option in ECF, even if in letter format. See Local Civ. R. 7.1; see also Individual Rule II.B.2.
Accordingly, by 10/14/2026, the parties shall re-file their request as a letter motion and include a revised Proposed Discovery Plan (available in PDF format at: https://www.nyed.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/uploads/proposeddiscoveryplanmmh.pdf). So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry on 10/09/2026. (BMF)
