The October 8, 2026, deadline for the filing of Joint Litigation and Discovery Plans and the October 15, 2026, Scheduling Conference (Dkt. 14 ), are HEREBY VACATED, and RESET as follows: the parties shall file a Joint Litigation and a Discovery Plan within fourteen (14) days of the Court's ruling on any Motion to Dismiss or, if no motions to dismiss are filed, no later than November 13, 2026.
