ORDER DIRECTING DEPOSIT TO COURT REGISTRY AND STAYING CASE -- IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff Harco National Insurance Company shall deposit the $550,000.00 remaining on the insurance policy into the registry of the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all proceedings in this case are STAYED pending further order of the Court. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED THAT the parties shall confer if necessary and then file a joint status report every six (6) months. Each report shall inform the Court of the status of state court proceedings and explain whether and to what extent this litigation may resume or must remain stayed. The first such joint report shall be filed on or before Thursday, November 12, 2026.
