PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Parties' Joint Motion for Extension of Time to File Replies to the Class Certification Motions ("Motion") (DE 185 ). In the Motion, the Parties seek clarification that their replies to the class certification motions are due on June 29, 2026. In the alternative, the Parties ask for an extension of time until June 29, 2026 to file their replies. The Court previously extended the Parties response deadline to June 22, 2026 (DE 179) and the Parties timely filed their responses.
