NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted. All trial and pretrial deadlines are STAYED and the Clerk is directed to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this case. However, the Parties' settlement is not binding until approved by this Court or the Secretary of Labor. Lynn's Food Stores, Inc. v. United States of America, 679 F.2d 1350, 1352-53 (11th Cir. 1982). Accordingly, by June 12, 2024, the Parties must move for settlement approval and attach their settlement agreement for this Court's review, or the Parties must show cause why they have not moved for a settlement.
