MINUTE ORDER issued by the Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 9/18/2026: Due to this court's trial schedule, and in order to more effectively allocate this District's judicial resources and to ensure this and other pending actions will be tried fairly and on the schedule currently set, this court inquired whether United States District Judge Dale A. Drozd is available to try this case. Judge Drozd has indicated he is willing to preside over the trial of this action. Accordingly, this case is hereby REASSIGNED to District Judge Dale A. Drozd for all further proceedings. District Judge Dena M. Coggins is no longer assigned to the case. The case number on all future filed documents shall be: 2:16-cv-01189-DAD-AC. The Final Pretrial Conference previously set in this case on 10/9/2026 before District Judge Dena M. Coggins is VACATED and RESET for 11/2/2026 at 1:30 PM before District Judge Dale A. Drozd. The Final Pretrial Conference will proceed by video conferencing through the Zoom application. The trial will proceed before District Judge Dale A. Drozd on 1/26/2027 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 4 before District Judge Dale A. Drozd, unless advanced at the Final Pretrial Conference with the agreement of the parties to 1/22/2027 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 4 before District Judge Dale A. Drozd.
