Oral Order ~Util - Set Deadlines
ORAL ORDER: Having reviewed Non-Party Brown Rudnick LLPs Motion for Protective Order (D.I. 144), the Court hereby ORDERS that, on a temporary basis and pending further Order of the Court, the document bearing Bates Nos. ELMS_BDO_0006550ELMS_BDO_0006552 shall remain under seal and shall not be publicly disclosed, quoted, filed, introduced into evidence, disseminated, or otherwise affirmatively used by Lead Plaintiff or Lead Plaintiff's counsel. Brown Rudnick shall submit the document to the Court for in camera review no later than Friday, August 28, 2026. If the Court does not receive the document by that deadline, the temporary sealing protection provided by this Order shall automatically expire without further Order of the Court. If the document is timely received, the seal shall remain in effect pending further Order of the Court. Lead Plaintiff shall sequester the document and any derivative materials reflecting its contents pending resolution of Brown Rudnicks privilege and work-product claims. The parties shall meet and confer regarding any proposed redactions. The Court will address the remaining privilege and use issues following its review. Ordered by Judge Laura D. Hatcher on 8/24/26.
