Minute entry for STATUS CONFERENCE before Judge Charles Eskridge on June 10, 2026. All parties present by video and represented by counsel. The Court addressed the notice of suggestion of bankruptcy for Defendant SeaOne Holdings, LLC, and the resulting automatic stay under 11 USC §362(a). Dkt 23. Defendants stated that the automatic stay should apply to claims in this action against both Defendants. Plaintiffs stated intent to file a motion to sever for the purpose of allowing their claims against Defendant Forrest Hoglund to go forward. It was ORDERED that this action is STAYED as to the claims against both Defendants. Plaintiffs may file their motion to sever when ready. The parties were ORDERED to confer regarding any expedited briefing schedule in that regard. This matter will be set for further hearing once briefing on the motion to sever is complete.
