CIVIL CONTEMPT ORDER: This case is before the court on Plaintiff Dottie Townson's motion for sanctions and renewed motion to compel deposition of non-party witness Matthew Lipscomb (Doc. 38 ). For the reasons within, the court ISSUES a bench warrant against Matthew Lipscomb. The court further DIRECTS that, upon arrest, Lipscomb should be brought before the court as soon as possible. Libpscomb will be released from custody only if he agrees to sit for a deposition. The court DIRECTS the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the United States Marshals Service for the Northern District of Alabama for the purpose of carrying out the bench warrant.
