ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, Plaintiffs have failed to demonstrate that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a) because the Complaint fails to establish the citizenship of Defendant Lead Safe Mama, LLC.Accordingly, Plaintiffs must show cause by August 24, 2026 in writing, with all material facts established by sworn affidavit, why this Court should not dismiss this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, without prejudice to refiling in the proper forum. Plaintiffs are cautioned that their failure to timely respond to this order will result in the dismissal of the Complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and this case will be closed.
