Order on Motion to Withdraw as Attorney Scheduling Order
ORDER. The Court is in receipt of the amended complaint at ECF No. 41 . Defendants will answer or otherwise respond on or before 5/21/2025. All other deadlines are stayed until 5/28/2025.
The motion to withdraw and to stay the proceedings at ECF No. 31 is granted. Rimon, P.C. is granted leave to withdraw as counsel to Defendants Camelot Realty Group LLC and Petra Scott ("Camelot Defendants"). Camelot Defendants consented to the withdrawal on the record. Camelot Defendants are in the process of retaining a new attorney to represent them in this action. The new attorney for Camelot Defendants must file a notice of appearance on or before 5/28/2025, at which time the Court will hold a status conference as to discovery in this case.
The status conference will take place on 5/28/2025 at 12:00 PM before Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon. To gain access to the ZoomGov audio conferencing system, the parties are to dial 1-646-828-7666; enter meeting ID 16121901090 and press the pound key; when asked for a participant ID, press the pound key; and enter passcode 091622 and press the pound key.
Camelot Defendants must communicate the information in this Order to their new attorney. The Court will mail a copy of this Order to David Goldoff, Camelot Realty, 477 Madison Ave. Fl. 6, New York, NY 10022 and to Petra Scott, 17 W. 108th St. #94, New York, NY 10025.
