   Order Dismissing Case

   ORDER DISMISSING CASE: The stay of proceedings in this matter, extended until August 30, 2025, per ECF No. 109, has now expired without any requests to further extend it. Furthermore, this case has been reported as conditionally settled. Accordingly, rather than continue to keep the case open on the docket, the Clerk is directed to administratively close the file without prejudice to reopening on or before October 3, 2025. See D. Conn. L. Civ. R. 41(b). On or before that date, the parties must either file a stipulation of dismissal or submit a request to extend the deadline by an additional 45 days.

   The Court reminds the parties that the effect of an administrative closure is the same as a stay, because administrative closure is simply a docket management device[.] Abreu v. Thomas, No. 17-CV-01312, 2019 WL 11157245, at *1 (N.D.N.Y. July 19, 2019) (internal citations and quotation marks omitted).
