Colleen D. Holland. At defendant's request and without objection from the government, time is excluded in the interests of justice pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(7)(A) until the adjourned date. I find that the defendant's and the public's interest in a speedy trial and a speedy indictment are outweighed by the defendant's interest in having sufficient time to continue to engage in preindictment resolution negotiations with the government, with the assistance of his counsel.
