PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff Raziel Ofer's Motion for Leave to File. 186 . Plaintiff's Motion contains no certification that he conferred with opposing counsel before filing the Motion. See generally id. Such conferral, however, is required by local rules. S.D. Fla. L.R. 7.1(a)(3) (requiring Parties to make reasonable effort to confer "with all parties or non-parties who may be affected" by a motion "[p]rior to filing" most motions in civil case). This rule applies to motions for leave to file. See id. "[A]ll parties, including pro se litigants, must comply with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules for the Southern District of Florida, including Local Rule 7.1(a)(3)." Castilla v. Nat'l Union Fire Ins. Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., No. 11-62086-CIV, 2012 WL 1409648, at *2 (S.D. Fla. Apr. 23, 2012). Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise advised of the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Motion 186 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff may refile this Motion only after meaningfully conferring with opposing counsel. Failure to do so on any subsequent motions will result in said filings being denied with prejudice.
