PAPERLESS ORDER SETTING DEADLINE TO FILE CLOSING DOCUMENTS. The Parties notified the Court that they have settled this matter (DE 21 ), and the Court congratulates them on reaching an amicable resolution of this case. The Parties shall file the appropriate closing documents within 10 days, or no later than April 1, 2024. The Parties' requests for the Court to vacate all currently set deadlines and for twenty days to file closing documents are denied. This Court does not view the Notice of Settlement as cause to stay ongoing litigation, and no good cause for a delay in filing closing documents is set out in the Notice. Accordingly, until a joint stipulation is filed, the Court will expect compliance with all pretrial deadlines. Signed by Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks on 3/22/2024. (gm1)
