First, the petition fails to provide the information and signature of the designated resident Nevada counsel in this case. Id. at 6. Second, Riffle's petition does not include Douglas Gerrard's signature or the name, title, and signature of Gerrard Cox & Larsen's representative appointing resident counsel. Id. Riffle is advised to provide the missing information and signatures in an amended petition and file it using the "Notice of Corrected Image/Document" event to link it to the existing filing by October 2, 2026.
