STIPULATED ORDER OF REMAND: Pursuant to the parties' Joint Motion to Remand and Cancel the Scheduling Conference (Docket No. 13 ), which is GRANTED, the Court hereby ORDERS that: (1) This matter is remanded to USCIS to adjudicate Plaintiff's Form N-400, Application for Naturalization within forty-five (45) days of this order; (2) The Scheduling Conference currently scheduled for November 17, 2022, is cancelled; and (3) The Clerk of Court is directed to administratively close this case. If Plaintiff's N-400 application is not adjudicated within forty-five (45) days from this Order, Plaintiff may move to reopen this matter. It is SO ORDERED. Signed by Magistrate Judge Barbara D.
