MINUTES OF Pretrial Conference held before Judge Otis D. Wright, II: On oral motion, and per stipulation, the Court EXTENDS Defendants deadline torespond to Plaintiffs Ex Parte Application, (Dkt. No. 215), to AUGUST 28, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The Court also ADVANCES the Motion in Limine hearing in this matter to SEPTEMBER 1, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., via Zoom. Following the Motion in Limine hearing, the Court will order the parties to lodge the deposition transcripts that are the subject of their outstanding designations and objections, to the extent they are still relevant. (Dkt. Nos. 18687, 19495.) Call in information is below (SEE DOCUMENT FOR CITED CALL INFORMATION). Finally, the Court notes that Jose Manuel Lopez Castro, Counterdefendant in theconsolidated action, was not represented at the pretrial conference. The Court ORDERS Castro to SHOW CAUSE, no later than AUGUST 27, 2026, the Court should not sanction him or his counsel for failure to appear at the pretrial conference. Failure to timely respond may result in sanctions up to and including default or contempt proceedings. See Fed. R. Civ.
