MINUTE entry before the Honorable Heather K. McShain. The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report, 202 , which reports that discovery is progressing but that Defendant Mission Point Management Services LLC has still not obtained replacement counsel. Also before the Court is a motion to extend fact discovery made jointly by plaintiff and the following defendants: Mission Point of Belding, LLC; Mission Point of Greenville, LLC and Mission Point of Health Campus of Jackson, LLC. 203 . For the reasons stated in the motion and good cause shown, the Court grants this third motion to extend the fact discovery deadline. Fact discovery to be completed by 09/02/2026. Further joint status report due by 07/24/2026 and to include: (a) the progress of discovery, including any planned depositions; (b) by what date plaintiff believes a decision will be made regarding whether to add additional parties; (c) the state of settlement discussions, if any; and (d) any other matters the parties believe should be brought to the Court's attention.
