ORDER: The Court is in receipt of parties' joint status report 22 and request to extend the Phase 1 discovery deadline. The request for an extension of time is granted. At the request of the parties, the deadline to complete Phase I fact discovery is extended to 10/10/2026 (which, the Court notes, is a Saturday).
