MINUTE entry before the Honorable Karyn L. Bass Ehler. Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Stay Discovery for Purposes of Settlement Conference 61 is granted. All discovery dates are stayed so that the parties can explore settlement. The parties emailed the Court's courtroom deputy to request dates the Court is available to schedule a settlement conference. The parties shall email the Court's courtroom deputy by 8/13/26 to confirm if they want to schedule a settlement conference on any of the dates they were given. The in-person status hearing set for 8/25/26 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1386 will proceed as scheduled. If a settlement conference date has not been confirmed before the status hearing, counsel should come prepared with additional dates in September and October that they and their clients are available to attend an in-person settlement conference with the Court.
