Motions in limine, if any, SHALL be filed no later than 10/2/2026, and any opposition to the motions SHALL be filed no later than 10/16/2026. Counsel SHALL meet and confer no later than 9/28/2026 to make good faith efforts to resolve any planned motions in limine and to resolve any disputes over trial exhibits.Trial will be 8-1:30 T-Fri, except for the first day, unless the Court orders otherwise.
