Order on Motion to Amend/Correct
TEXT ORDER granting 92 motion to amend the conference and scheduling order. The Court will issue a Sixth and FINAL Amended Scheduling Order in this case. However, it appears to the Court that some level of oversight is required to ensure that discovery is being efficiently managed in this case. Since July 2025, the parties have sought multiple extensions of deadlines, including requesting more time to conduct discovery. This case was filed in June 2024, and, under the Sixth and Final Amended Scheduling Order, will be almost three years old before it might be ready for trial. Therefore, the parties are directed to file a status report with the Court every 45 days from the date of this Text Order, advising the Court of the status of discovery, including expert depositions, and mediation. No further extensions of the scheduling order deadlines should be requested in this case, and none will be granted, absent extraordinary circumstances. Signed by Honorable Jacquelyn D Austin on 6/30/2026. (alma, )
