ORDER regarding City of Cahokia Heights' Motion to Modify this Court's January 5, 2024, Order (Doc. 248). Cahokia Heights has demonstrated (Doc.248-1) that it has completed compliance requirements of the August 16, 2021 Administrative Order on Consent or that such requirements will be implemented under the Consent Decree, under which the City has continuing obligations. For good cause shown, the motion at Doc. 248 is GRANTED and the Court's Order of January 5, 2024 (Doc. 151) is MODIFIED so as to relieve the City of Cahokia Heights of its obligations to file with the Court status reports each 90 days. Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply Order on Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages
ORDER regarding Plaintiffs' Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgement (Doc. 258 ) and Defendants' Response in Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Extension of Time (Doc. 259 ). Plaintiffs request the Court extend the deadline for their response from October 29, 2026, to November 14, 2026. Plaintiffs also request leave to file excess pages of up to 50 pages. Plaintiffs' Motion does not identify good cause to grant further extension of time. Accordingly, as to Plaintiffs' request for Extension of Time, Plaintiffs' Motion is DENIED. The deadline for Plaintiffs response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgement will remain October 29, 2026. Plaintiffs' request for leave to file excess pages is GRANTED and Plaintiffs collectively may file excess pages, not to exceed a total of 50 pages, in response. Signed by Judge David W.
