Order on Motion for Leave to File Set/Reset Deadlines
MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiff's 6 Consent Motion for Leave to File First Amended and Supplemental Complaint is GRANTED. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(2) permits a plaintiff to amend the complaint "with the opposing party's written consent." And Rule 15(d) permits the court to accept a supplemental pleading "on just terms," provided there is "reasonable notice" to the opposing party. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(d). Both standards are met here: Defendants have consented to the filing of the First Amended and Supplemental Complaint, and filing it will not cause undue delay or prejudice to any party. See Hall v. CIA, 437 F.3d 94, 101 (D.C. Cir. 2006). Accordingly, the motion is granted. The Clerk of the Court shall docket the First Amended and Supplemental Complaint, attached as Exhibit A to Plaintiff's Motion, as a new and separate docket entry. Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond to the First Amended and Supplemental Complaint by 11/9/2026. It is further ordered that Plaintiff shall not seek attorney's fees or costs incurred in drafting and preparing the First Amended and Supplemental Complaint. Signed by Judge Tanya S. Chutkan on 10/13/2026. (lcmk)
