   TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff's 58 Agreed Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), a scheduling order "may be modified only for good cause and with the judge's consent." Plaintiff's counsel explains that she has experienced health issues that have delayed the discovery in this case, but that her health has improved. To that end, she requests an extension of both the discovery and dispositive motion deadlines. The Court thus finds good cause for the extension.
