Notice to Counsel of Local Rule
NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted. ORDER approving 46 the Joint Stipulation for Settlement and Dismissing Case, with the exception of retaining jurisdiction indefinitely. This action is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk is directed to terminate any motions or deadlines, and close the case. The Court will retain jurisdiction over the terms and conditions of the Joint Stipulation for Settlement (Doc. 46 ) until July 30, 2026.
